INVESTIGADORES DA NATUREZA

The main aim of the Investigators of Nature Sustainable Education Project is to develop students' ability to act and transform their community. The collection of educational books was designed and produced by a pedagogical and editorial team, in partnership with singer-songwriter Carlinhos Brown, with the intent of broadening and developing the theme of Sustainability, guided by 3 dimensions: social, environmental and economic. Based on the 4 pillars of education - knowing, doing, living together and being - and with a focus on the early years of elementary school, the project is aligned with curriculum content, the skills of the CURRICULO DA CIDADE DE SÃO PAULO, BNCC (National Common Curriculum Base) and the SDGs (UN Sustainable Development Goals). The project considers the student as the center of learning and the teacher as the mediator of this path, and strengthens the development of Scientific Literacy by contextualizing issues present in everyday society. Carlinhos Brown's exclusive songs support the learning strategy, heightening emotions and intensifying connections with the contents of the collection. The project includes a Guide for teachers with a range of activities, such as practicing scientific experiments, exchanging knowledge in conversation circles, games, individual and group records, collaborative learning strategies and other dynamics. The cover values of the Nature Investigators Collection are as follows: Student Book - R$ 300.00 and Guide Book for the Teacher - R$ 440.00.
