The trajectory of contemporary plastic artist Walmor Corrêa is presented in the book THE UNCANNY ASSIMILATED ( O Estranho Assimilado), published by LIVRE in 2015. There are more than 400 pages in a bilingual edition (Portuguese/English) printed on different papers: for texts, pollen paper and for images , paper garda. As this is an art project, special attention was paid to color fidelity in the reproduction images of the works. The cover was conceived through a crossing of silk screen and varnish reserve techniques, highlighting the imaginary universe of this internationally renowned artist who discusses in his poetics the limits between art and science.
